1.FEATURES
Solution: 4 Prep stations (7x4x2.8m) & 1 Paint booth (7x4x2.8m)
The solution comes with 1 paint booth and 4 prep stations.
3 of the 4 prep stations come with rear semi downdraft airflow, with exhaust plenum chambers at the rear. And 1 prep station is with full downdraft airflow, with grids and basement in the ground for extraction.
All 4 prep stations are with intake and exhaust fans.
The 3 rear semi downdraft prep stations are mainly used for prepping work, while the downdraft prep station with infrared lamp is used for spraying and baking primer before surface finishing.
After the completion of work at each bay, the car can be conveyed directly from one bay to the next through floor tracks and trolleys where the car is loaded, greatly improving the workflow and efficiency.
We can also customize the solution according to your personalized needs and requirements.

HEAT RECUPERATOR
Working principle
The device is an additional device for spray booths used in cold areas, which is for recycling waste heat.
The temperature of the exhaust gases from heating painting is higher than that of outdoor fresh air. Fresh air drawn in by the intake fan is 0ºC or below 0ºC. In cold areas where the temperature is below 0ºC, the heating system needs to work more frequently, which results in more energy consumption. However, when using heat of the waste gases to heat the fresh air, it does not require additional energy, which greatly saves energy and improves the energy efficiency. It is an excellent green and environmental heating device.
